+100 points on your birthday
Once you reach:
1,200 POINTS = $20 OFF
you can redeem your points for a $20 discount toward an eligible purchase.
WAIT... I ALREADY BOUGHT SOMETHING. DID I LOSE MY POINTS?
Nope.
If you make a qualifying purchase on our Squarespace website before fully activating your Offerwhere rewards account, Offerwhere can begin tracking those eligible points and may email you an invitation to activate your account.
Once you activate, the eligible points you've already collected remain with you.
So no need to panic and start digging through old receipts. 😂New here?

DO I NEED THE OFFERWHERE APP?
No.
You can access your rewards directly through the Elevated Elderberry website using the Check My Rewards button.
The Offerwhere app is optional.

View your loyalty activity on the go
Totally optional. Your phone does not need another app unless you actually want one. 😂
HOW DO I CHECK MY REWARDS?
Click CHECK MY REWARDS to open the Elevated Elderberry Rewards Club.
You'll be asked for your Offerwhere PIN.
Your Offerwhere PIN is the number that connects you to your rewards balance and allows you to collect and redeem points.
Already have a PIN?
Enter it and click Continue.
Forgot it?
Use the Forgot PIN? link inside the Rewards Club.
Don't have one yet?
Click Get yours today for free inside the Rewards Club to create one.
To access your rewards, click the black & white round gift box icon on the bottom right of any page on our website.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Once your balance reaches 1,200 points, you can exchange those points for a $20 discount code.
That discount code can then be used toward an eligible future Elevated Elderberry purchase.
Rewards are redeemed through the Elevated Elderberry Rewards Club powered by Offerwhere.
WHAT IS AN OFFERWHERE PIN?
Think of your Offerwhere PIN as your rewards ID.
It's a short unique number that connects your loyalty account to your points.
That same PIN can also be used when we reward customers outside the website, such as at eligible in-person events or markets.
Keep it somewhere handy — or use the Forgot PIN? option if it disappears into the same mysterious place as every password you've ever created.
WHERE DO MY POINTS LIVE?
Your rewards are managed through Offerwhere, which is connected to the Elevated Elderberry website.
Your regular Elevated Elderberry customer account and your Offerwhere rewards account are connected to different systems, so your rewards balance may not appear inside the standard Squarespace customer-account dashboard.
Click the black & white round gift box icon on the bottom right of any page on our website.
DO I HAVE TO JOIN BEFORE I SHOP?
No.
Offerwhere is connected to our Squarespace store.
Eligible customers can begin collecting points from qualifying online purchases, and Offerwhere may invite you to activate your rewards account afterward.
Once activated, you keep the qualifying points you've already earned.

Eligible purchases and other qualifying activities can add points to your rewards balance.
SAVE
Reach 1,200 points and redeem them for $20 off an eligible purchase.
Then start earning again.

Our Rewards and Referral programs are connected to our website but are powered by separate services.
Rewards are powered by Offerwhere.
Referrals are powered by Peach's.
That means you may receive separate activation, reward, or referral emails related to those programs.
We've brought everything together on this page so you don't have to go hunting around the internet trying to figure out where your $10 went. 😂

Rewards associated with refunded, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be adjusted.
Referral offers are intended for genuine new-customer referrals. Duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, cancelled orders, and other misuse may not qualify for rewards.
