Shipping Policy.
We ship Monday-Friday, except U.S. bank holidays. Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing, after which you will receive a shipment notification by e-mail. Lead times may vary.
Once you have received the shipping confirmation e-mail, your order will typically arrive within 5-7 days.
Packages are shipped USPS Priority mail, which means they’re insured up to $50.
USPS has updated their claims requirements. The recipient has to be the one to make claims.
1) if your package arrives damaged, SAVE the product and take it to USPS to make a claim OR save the product and make a claim online & wait until you get a letter in the mail requesting you take the damaged product into the store.

2) if your product is lost, you must wait 14 days from the date it was shipped to make a claim, because sometimes it’ll still show up within that 14 days. Use your tracking number to determine this. After 14 days, make a claim ASAP.

3) if your package says arrived, but you have not received it, it is very important that you contact your local USPS right away as they can track down where it was last, go back and retrieve it.

The longer you wait for any of this, the harder it is to get your money back. Calling USPS and asking for help or visiting their website is more likely going to get your questions answered.

After all is said and done, if they have not reimbursed you, please forward all documentation that you have from your claims to support@elevatedelderberry.com & we will get you out a replacement package.

Return and Refund Policy.
Returns, refunds and exchanges are accepted. We value our customers satisfaction. Please follow these instructions and email us immediately. Any issues must be in writing within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
If you receive the wrong item, we will issue a return label that you will attach to the original shipment box, product must be returned unopened. Once product is received at our warehouse and upon inspection, a new shipment will be issued. Returns are not accepted for opened products.
If you receive a damaged product, we will send a new item out immediately, Please email us photo evidence of the damage and we will send a one time replacement. Please refer to the above shipping policy for full details.
Unwanted items need to be returned immediately, unopened in their original shipping box. A refund will be processed once received at the warehouse and upon inspection. We are not responsible for shipping on unwanted items.
